Roasted Garlic Bread
This
parmesan roasted garlic bread is epic. Roasted garlic and herb butter coated on
homemade French bread, making this bread the best garlic bread of all time.
Ingredients
- 2 small Bulbs of Garlic
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely diced
- Salt & Black Pepper
- 2oz / 60g / 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Baguette (see notes)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil, plus extra for roasting garlic
- Foil for baking
Instructions
First, Slice
the ends of your garlic bulbs to expose the pods. Sprinkle with a little olive
oil, wrap in foil, then bake at 180 ° C / 350f for 45 minutes until golden and
caramelized.
Then, Squeeze
the grilled garlic into a bowl and crush it with a pinch of salt until smooth.
Stir in butter, olive oil, parsley and a pinch of black pepper. Once smooth,
place on the side.
Take your
baguette and cut into quarters of 3/4 ", making sure not to slice
completely.Prepare evenly your butter in each slot, then wrap in aluminum foil
and cook for 10 minutes at 180 ° C / 350f.
Take out the
oven and unroll in a boat shape. This will expose the bread while catching the
butter that melts. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until desired
texture.
