Garlic Sriracha Chicken
Garlìc and
Srìracha are two "ingredients" that produce amazing results when it
comes to chewing, just what is delicious, more cooked and more baked, Garlì
Srìracha Chìcken.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 teaspoon white sesame
- 2 lbs skinless and boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallion
Marinade:
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 teaspoons sriracha
DIRECTIONS
First, Preheat
the oven to 400F.
Then, Rinse
the chicken legs with water. Pat try with paper towels. Mix all the ingredients
in the marinade. Mix well.
Mix the
chicken legs with the marinade and marinate for 15 minutes. Transfer the
chicken and all Sriracha marinade to garlic on a baking sheet lined with
parchment paper or aluminum foil. Cover the chicken with foil to avoid burning.
Cook chicken
for 20 minutes or until cooked. Remove the aluminum foil, pour the juice on the
chicken and grill for 1 minute to char the surface.
Remove from heat, cut into
pieces, garnish with white sesame, green onions and serve immediately.
