COOKIES AND CREAM SHEET CAKE
This cake
with cream and biscuits is very mellow and absolutely delicious! It is perfect
for parties and meetings. It is loaded with Oreo cookies and topped with a
delicious creamy icing.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 12 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1 box white cake mix plus water, oil and eggs called for on box
FOR THE
FROSTING
- 16 Oreo cookies, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (16 oz.) tub prepared vanilla frosting
INSTRUCTIONS
First, Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease has 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
Then, With
an electric mixer, prepare cake mix according to package directions. Oreo
cookies and cookies.
For cake
batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in
center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Meanwhile,
stir frosting and Cool Whip together in a medium bowl. Frost cooled cake with
Oreo cookies. Happy Cooking Time.
