BAKED HASH BROWN CUPS
Anything
cooked in a muffin pan automatically catches my eye. It's cute, it's divided
into single servings and my family could not resist those easy hash browns.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 ounces shredded hash brown potatoes thawed
- dash of paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
First, Preheat
your oven to 350 degrees and spray your muffin pan with cooking spray.
Then, In a
large bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix gently until combined.
Fill your
muffin cups by squeezing them as you fill them.
Bake at
least 40 minutes or until top is golden. (time may vary depending on your
cooking preferences)
Let cool for
10 to 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
Cover with
whatever you are used to styling with your hash browns.
