WATERGATE SALAD







WATERGATE SALAD







The recipe for the Watergate salad is the perfect dish for any picnic, party or picnic at the church! It only takes a few minutes and is always a success!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Marshmallows
  • ½ cup Pecans, chopped
  • 20 ounces Crushed pineapple, canned
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 3.4 ounce Pistachio Instant Pudding, small box

INSTRUCTIONS

First, In a large bowl, combine undrained pineapple and pistachio instant pudding. Mix until the pudding mixture is completely dissolved. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to allow the pudding to firm up.

Then, Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and gently stir in the Cool Whip.

Add marshmallows and chopped walnuts and stir until well blended.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Happy Cooking Time.
