THAI PEANUT RAMEN NOODLES RECIPE
This can be
done on the stove or in the slow cooker. The stove is the super fast 30 minute
version and the slow cooker is all throw, walk six hours and go home for the
dinner version. Both are just as good!
Ingredients
- 2 Teaspoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed Peanuts Optional
- 3 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 3 Ounce Packages Ramen Noodles
- 2 Green Onions Sliced Optional
Instructions
First, Cook
the ramen noodles according to the directions on the package (without the spice
pack). Drain and set aside.
Then, In a
medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil
and honey.
Pour the
sauce over the noodles and mix to coat well.
Serve with
sliced green onions and crushed peanuts, if desired.
