Instructions

First, In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, onions, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, crushed red peppers and bell pepper. Prepare small balls (about 24).

Then, Add the butter in a cast iron pan or large frying pan, then after cooking, add the meatballs.

Heat over medium heat, turning until all sides are seared. Once cooked, remove from the pan, place on a plate.

Drain any excess fat, if necessary.

Sauté the onions and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes, scraping the juice.

Add the mushrooms and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle flour on mushrooms and onions. Stir, cook another 2 minutes.

Pour beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper into the pan. Stir for a few minutes and place the meatballs in the pan. Stir.

Cover the pan, cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce will also thicken as it cools. And if the sauce seems too thin, mix 1 tbsp. In cornstarch with 1/8 cup of water, add it to the pan, mix and let simmer for a few more minutes.

In large saucepan, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Rinse and set aside.

Once the noodles are cooked and the meatballs are cooked, mix.

Happy Cooking Time.
