Honey Garlic Chicken








This chicken honey and garlic recipe is so easy to prepare and will be a family favorite! Made with chicken breasts and a honey and garlic sauce with all four ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (minced)

INSTRUCTIONS

First, Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger until well blended. Put aside.

Then, Heat a large skillet (10 or 12 inches) over medium heat.

Add the olive oil and stir to coat the pan.

Cook the chicken until golden.

Turn the chicken over and reduce the heat to medium-low.

Continue cooking until the chicken reaches 165 F.

Remove the chicken from the plate and keep warm.

Add the sauce mixture to the empty skillet and cook on medium-low heat.

Simmer the sauce, stirring regularly until thickened and syrupy, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Mix chicken in sauce and serve. Happy Cooking Time.
