Creamy Salmon Pasta
This creamy
salmon pasta recipe is a great way to show how you're a chef at home. Simple
but impressive, it's the perfect recipe for an evening with friends at home.
Ingredients
- 160 g Pasta we used spelt pasta
- 2 Cloves garlic crushed
- 200 g Low fat creme fraiche
- Freshly ground black pepper to season
- 2 Filets of salmon
- 150 g Mushrooms thinly sliced
- 300 g Spinach blitzed in a food processor (or finely sliced)
Instructions
First, Heat
the oven to 200 ° C.
Then, Cover
the salmon with oil and pepper, then wrap with foil. Put in the oven for 20
minutes.
Prepare the
rest of the recipe and start cooking the pasta.
Cook the
mushrooms and garlic in a saucepan, then add the spinach to make them run away.
Take off the fire.
Add the
crème fraiche and ground pepper to the pan.
Drain the
pasta, stir in the sauce.
Take the
salmon out of the oven and crumble it.
Serve pasta
in bowls, then place salmon on top.
