Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal










Apple-Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal - Fluffy, Delicious, Healthy, Gluten-Free Breakfast - Perfect for a Great Start to the Day! Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal is the best healthy snack you've ever had!

INGREDIENTS
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups diced apples (I used Granny Smith)
  • 2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 3 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend (or ⅓ cup light brown sugar)

INSTRUCTIONS

First, Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking dish and set aside.

Then, In a small bowl filled with hot water, let the raisins soak for about 5 minutes, until they are plump.

In large bowl, combine oats, baking powder and salt. Stir in apples, pecans and raisins and set aside.

In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour over the dry mixture and mix gently.

Pour everything into a greased dish and cook for about 1 hour, until golden brown. Happy Cooking Time.
