Firecracker Salmon
Baked
Cracker Salmon Fillet with an amazing sauce is an easy-to-make salmon recipe in
minutes! Flaky on the inside with crispy and seared edges, then baked to cook
until tender!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 1/2 lb salmon fillet no skin
For Marinade
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
First, In a
small bowl, whisk all marinade ingredients.
Then, Place
the salmon in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the salmon. Rub the
marinade on both sides making sure the whole salmon is covered. Cover the
baking dish with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours to
24 hours.
Preheat oven
to 375 ° F.
Remove the
plastic wrap from the baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Note that the
cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon.
Garnish with
chopped green onions and serve immediately.
