German Pancakes
German pancakes are a classic breakfast that the entire family will love. They're also super easy, just put everything during a blender and cook!
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tbsp butter
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. When the oven heats up, place the butter during a 9x13 pan and place within the oven until the butter melts.
2.Place eggs, milk, flour, salt and vanilla during a blender; cover and process until smooth.
3.Pour the mixture into a baking dish that has been greased with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy
3.Remove from oven and sprinkle with syrup and granulated sugar or fresh juice and granulated sugar .
