ASIAN CUCUMBER SALAD
Healthy cucumber salad with Asian spices. So refreshing and straightforward . the right alcoholic drink for any meal.
INGREDIENT
1 cucumber, about 8 ounces. (226 grams)
3/4 tsp salt or to taste
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon apple vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Korean flavorer or regular flavorer
1 teaspoon chili oil
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
sesame seeds for adornment
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and cut them into pieces. Add salt to the cucumber, stir gently until combined.
2.Combine the garlic, vinegar, sugar, flavorer , chili oil and vegetable oil together, stirring until well combined. confirm the sugar is totally dissolved.
3.Drain the brine from the cucumbers. Add cucumber sauce, mix well.
