INGREDIENTS

Squid ingredients

2 qt. crying oil (canola or peanut oil)

2 pounds of squid, ring-cut (fresh or frozen)

1½ cup all-purpose flour

1 pinch of salt

1/2 cup milk

1 small clove of garlic

1 tablespoon chopped herbs (your choice)

¼ tsp. Salt

¼ tsp. Pepper

1 lemon, grated

2 tbsp. chopped parsley

1 large pinch of crushed red chili flakes ( counting on seasoning level)

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Put the milk, garlic, and spices during a bowl. And place the flour with a pinch of salt in another bowl. during a third bowl, combine the children's skin mixture consisting of salt, pepper, lemon peel , parsley, and crushed red chili flakes; forgot

2.Heat the oil during a deep skillet over medium heat to 375F or use a frypan for convenience.

3.Meanwhile, dry the squid rings and soak within the milk mixture for up to 10 minutes. Drain well and put during a bowl crammed with flour.

4.Mix well and confirm each part is well coated.

5.Remove the rings and fry for 2-3 minutes or until cooked.

6.Remove from the recent oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels. Immediately season the squid with the chili mixture and stir until blended.
