Homestyle Mai Fun
is a stir-fried noodle popular in southern China and Singapore. Usually mei fun is formed with rice and water without salt. they will be excellent in soups and stir-fries.
INGREDIENTS
100 g of fine vermicelli
10 prawns, peeled and discarded
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beat off
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup grated shallots
1 small bunch of bean sprouts
1 small bunch of chives
1 teaspoon of Chinese five seasoning powder
pinch of salt
Stir-fry sauce
1 teaspoon. Salty soy
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Soak the vermicelli for about 20 to half-hour until soft, then drain. Slice the remaining ingredients and blend the sauteed sauce during a small bowl.
2.Heat about 1 tablespoon of oil during a frypan and make a skinny omelet. Then grate an omelette on your chopping board when it cools.
3.Heat about 1 tablespoon of oil during a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, which can be frying for about 10 to twenty seconds until fragrant. Remove the shrimp. Then add the accompanying ingredients, including carrots and grated shallots, fry for an additional 30 seconds or until slightly soft.
4.Slow down the hearth and add Mai Fun. Add grated omelet, shrimp, bean sprouts and chives. Spread the salt and five Chinese seasoning powder and blend with the sauce. Use a fast motion to coat the contents of the sauteed sauce evenly. Remove and serve hot.
