 Chili-Lime Cod Fillets



The fragrant spices and lime combine to make a burst of flavor for the cod fillets. it is a super easy, fast, and healthy food for busy evenings!


INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dry parsley

½ teaspoon of oregano

½ teaspoon flavorer

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon cumin

¼ teaspoon of salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons extra virgin vegetable oil , divided

2 cod fish fillets *

1 tablespoon unsalted butter


INSTRCUTIONS

1.In a small bowl, mix all the spices and blend well. With 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil , spread the cod fillet then spread the fillet with the spice mixture. you are going to spend all the friction - so confirm you coat it well. Refrigerate cod liver fillets for a minimum of half-hour or up to 12 hours.

2.Preheat oven to 450 °. Place the cod fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes - the fish will peel easily and become cloudy when cooked.

3.Meanwhile, during a small saucepan, melt the butter with the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil . Add lime zest and juice, then stir within the pot until combined. Serve the cod consistent with your choice and garnish with lime butter.
