 SPICY THAI MANGO SALAD



Fresh Thai salad with mango, cucumber, carrot, tomato and coriander during a savory dressing.


INGREDIENT

1 English cucumber, sliced (or your favorite)

2 large carrots, dig matches

1 mango, sliced or sliced

handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

handful of cashews or peanuts, optional

coriander, the maximum amount as you would like , to serve

1 to 2 limes, for serving

Bearings

2 tablespoons tamari, soy or coconut amino

1 tablespoon coconut, sugar cane or raw sugar

1 clove , chopped

½ teaspoon red chili flakes, or to taste

lime juice


INSTRUCTIONS

1.In a small bowl, combine the tamari, sugar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and juice . Set aside. Stir before adding to the salad, we would like the sugar to dissolve the maximum amount as possible.

2.Prepare your vegetables and fruits, place during a medium bowl, pour within the sauce and blend well. Serve in separate bowls with a touch of lime and walnuts on top.
