Spanish croquettes
Are you trying to find a pleasant snack or tapas within the afternoon? do this Spanish croquette made with Serrano ham. Very easy to form and really delicious.
INGREDIENT
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil , plus extra for frying
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1½ cups milk , heat
2 slices of serrano ham, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of dry powdered breadcrumbs
1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Heat alittle pot. Heat the vegetable oil and butter over medium heat. Add flour and blend butter until flour and butter are combined and blended
2.Add the milk all directly and stir constantly with the whisk to get rid of any lumps. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
3.Remove the warmth . Chop the parsley finely and blend with the sauce. Finely chop the serrano ham and add it to the sauce.
4.Put it on a plate and put it down. Let the mixture cool for a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes within the refrigerator
5.When the dough has cooled down, shape your croquettes with an outsized spoon
6.Take an egg and beat it. Put the breadcrumbs on a plate
7.Roll the croquettes within the egg and canopy them with breadcrumbs
8.Put it within the refrigerator while you warmth your oil within the saucepan to about 375 ℉ / 180 ℃.
9.Place 2 to three croquettes within the pan
10.Don't get too full and cook until they're golden brown. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon
11.Let the croquettes run over the paper towels. Repeat for subsequent kibble
12.Ready to serve
