Condensed Milk Cake
Nothing beats a dessert made up of sweetened milk . There's something about sweet, sticky ingredients that make things taste better. This sweetened milk cake is not any exception. It's sweet, dense, and therefore the perfect treat for tea .
INGREDIENTS
395 g of canned sweetened milk
1 1/4 cups cake flour
4 eggs
60g melted butter
Sugar icing to dust off, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 170 ° C. Grease a round cake tin and put aside .
2.Add the milk , breadcrumbs, eggs and melted butter to the stand mixer or bowl . Beat with a stand mixer or electric whisk until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
3.Pour the mixture into the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
4.Let the cake cool completely within the pan before removing it. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve.
5.Store leftovers in an airtight container at temperature .
