Coleslaw Pasta Salad
Coleslaw Pasta Salad is a fun twist on the traditional pasta salad. Ditalini pasta with coleslaw and many other delicious and crunchy mixes for a pasta salad that is always a hit.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon of celery seeds
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 16-ounce bag coleslaw mix
- 16 ounces of ditalini or salad dough any small pasta will work well
- 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion or onion powder
Instructions
First, cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water. Put aside. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, onion and celery seeds.
Then, add the pasta to the bowl and mix well to coat well. Add the coleslaw mixture and toss to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir again before serving.
