 BASIL LEMON PASTA SALAD



Refreshing and straightforward lemon and basil salad . This spring and summer salad recipe may be a lighter alternative to traditional pasta salads and is straightforward to bring back meetings.


INGREDIENT

1 pound pasta {shown with campanelle}

▢¼ cup of wine vinegar

▢¼ cup of vegetable oil

▢3 tablespoons of juice

▢8 cracked peppercorns or to taste

▢⅓ cup of pine nuts

▢ 1/2 cup of parmesan shavings

▢¼ cup of fresh basil, finely sliced


INSTRUCTIONS

1.In a large saucepan crammed with salted water, bring the noodles to a boil and prepare the hard . Drain and rinse under cold water to shock the paste.

2.Meanwhile, mix the wine vinegar, olive oil, and juice during a jar and blend well.

3.In a large bowl, stir the pasta with the sauce and pine nuts. Add fresh pepper, basil and Parmesan flakes.

4.Refrigerate quite 2 hours before serving.
