 Smoked Salmon and Broccoli Frittata



This quick and straightforward recipe for salmon and broccoli broccoli frittata makes the right breakfast or lunch, also as family dinner.


INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

220 g Soft broccoli or regular broccoli, cut and dig large pieces

150 g frozen peas

125g Norwegian salmon , chopped (or fresh salmon if you prefer)

6 medium-sized free-range chicken eggs, shake off

Salt and pepper.


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Heat oil during a skillet.

2.Add broccoli and saute for five minutes until soft.

3.Add the peas and fry another 3 to 4 minutes until they're completely heated.

4.Add salmon slices, beaten egg, salt and pepper.

5.Cook until the bottom is cooked.

6.Pass it under the recent grill to end .
