 Honey Oat Bread

This recipe for oatmeal bread with honey and made up of whole flour , honey, milk and oats. this is often one among my favorite homemade bread recipes! Honey oatmeal bread is my favorite! i really like baking fresh bread so once I saw this recipe, I knew I had to offer it a try. Very delicious! i feel homemade bread tastes better the day you bake it

INGREDIENTS

3 cups all-purpose flour can use half the entire flour

3/4 cup instant or older style oats

1 tablespoon instant yeast

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 cup of milk

1/4 cup warm water

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup honey

Toppings:

1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons warm honey

1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of oats

INSTRUCTIONS

1.In a large bowl or stand mixer bowl, combine flour, oats, leaven , and salt.

2.In a small bowl or two-cup cup , heat the milk until it's hot enough to melt the butter, but to not a boil. Add butter, stir until melted, then add water and honey.

3.Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture, stir with the dough hook until it comes together to make a dough. Knead with a mixer, with a dough hook, for 7 to 10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic (if you create this recipe by hand, the dough are going to be very sticky at first; clap your hands and plan generously and be patient). If the dough remains very wet and sticky after kneading it for five minutes, add more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough is barely sticky. If the dough is just too dry, add water, 1 teaspoon (5 mL) at a time, to melt it.

4.Place the dough within the greased bowl, cover and let it rise to double, about 1/2 to 1 hour.

5.Once doubled, place the dough on a clean, dry surface . If the dough is just too sticky, lightly sprinkle the surface before continuing. Using your fingers, roll the dough into a 9 by 12 inch rectangle. Roll out the dough tightly, folding the ends as required , into a bun. Place the dough that has been formed during a 9 × 5 inch bread pan and spread the highest with hot honey and sprinkle with the oats. Let the bread rise during a slightly warm place to double, about 1/2 hour. (It's winter so I desire my bread is best raised within the oven - I activate the oven at 350 ° C for a moment or two, then I turn it off. Put the bread on the oven rack with it lights on. you'll see my setup within the picture. under.)

6.When the dough has doubled, preheat the oven to 350 degrees (180 C). (I leave the dough within the oven while preheating.) Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and therefore the inside temperature is about 190 degrees. Transfer to a cooling rack and funky completely before serving.
