 Ham & blue cheese tart



You don't got to bake for this pie, just buy a bag of filo. Leftovers also are great for packaged lunches


INGREDIENTS

6 large filo pastry sheets or 10 very small sheets

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

100g ham slices, chopped

1 bunch of spring onions, sliced

2 eggs, beat briefly

300g soft cheese, temperature

2 large handfuls of arugula leaves

50g bleu , crushed

2 tablespoons pine nuts


INSTRUCTIONS

STEP1

Preheat oven to 180 ° C . Grease each sheet of filo lightly with oil and place during a 20 cm spring or loose bottom mold, overlapping each sheet at different angles.


STEP 2

Mix the ham, leeks, eggs, soft cheese and arugula, then pour into the filo container. Sprinkle bleu and pine beans, then bake for half-hour until hardened. Let cool slightly, slice and serve with salad.
