Sweet Chili Salmon
This Sweet Chili Salmon Recipe is quick, super
easy, healthy, and filled with flavor! Perfect for a busy workday night
INGREDIENTS
1.5 pounds of fresh salmon
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Thai sweet chilli sauce, or to taste
Serve with (optional): juice , rice, cucumber, scallion , sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 400F and move rack to center position. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for straightforward cleaning.
2.My salmon has been dig 4 pieces. you'll leave them whole or cut them - it's up to you. Place the salmon on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Spread a few tablespoon of sweet condiment over each slice, for a complete of about 1/4 cup (I only used the rear of the spoon). you'll always add a touch sauce if you wish .
3.Bake the salmon for 13 to fifteen minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Note that the salmon will still cook briefly after removing it from the oven. If your salmon is extremely thick (such as quite an in. thick at its thickest part), this process may take longer.
4.I like to squeeze a touch juice on top and serve it with jasmine rice, scallion slices, cucumber and sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
