Kinder Bueno Brownies Recipe
Rich, gooey and tasty, these Kinder Bueno brownies are a must in life! Much like my fondant brownies, they are incredibly easy to prepare. So if you are a lover of decadent chocolate pastries, you have come to the right place!
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 100g of flour
- 275 g light brown sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 250 g of Kinder Bueno (broken into pieces)
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 250 g Kinder chocolate (broken into pieces)
Instructions
First, preheat your oven to 180 ° C / 160 ° C Fan and line a 9-inch square baking sheet with parchment paper.
Then, melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water, in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, until melted. Let cool down to room temperature!
Using an electric whisk / stand mixer, whisk together the eggs and light brown sugar for a few minutes until the color turns pale, looks very much like foam and doubles the original volume in amount. of eggs + sugar!
You'll know it's done because when you lift the whisk out of the mixture, it should leave a trail for a few seconds before it's gone!
Once whipped, pour the cooled chocolate mixture over the eggs and fold carefully. It may take a while, but be patient - you don't want to knock out the tune you made up in the previous step!
When fully combined, sift the cocoa powder and regular flour over the chocolate mixture, then fold them again - always be careful not to knock out the air!
Once thoroughly mixed, fold the Kinder Chocolate Chunks and Kinder Bueno Chunks and pour into the prepared pan - bake for 25-30 minutes! Once cooked, let cool completely in the pan, and cut into squares! Happy Cooking Time.
Notes
If your brownies are taking a long time to cook, your mixture was probably too fine at the start. Cover with foil and cook longer.
If they still don't seem hardened after cooling, store them in the refrigerator and then cut them to make them firmer.
