CIOPPINO RECIPE


 CIOPPINO RECIPE



Cioppino may be a classic San Francisco seafood dish which will cause you to appear as if somebody within the kitchen. an upscale red sauce is that the perfect complement to seafood and although it takes a touch while to cook, it is a delicious restaurant-style dish you'll serve reception .


INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons of additional virgin vegetable oil

1 large fennel bulb

1 large sweet onion

3 large red onions

4 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons of sea salt

4 ounces of ingredient

26 ounce can of whole Italian tomatoes

2 cups dry white or wine

2 cups chicken broth

1 dozen small clams

1 dozen shells

9 shrimp, 16-20 pieces

9 large shells

3 crabs - preferably dirt

1/2 pound of hard fish dig 3 pieces

1 bay leaf

1/4 teaspoon ground red chili flakes


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil during a large skillet (deep skillet) over medium heat.

2.Add fennel, shallots, shallots and salt, saute until the onions are translucent for about 5-7 minutes.

3.Add the crushed garlic and red chilies and continue sauteing for two minutes.

4.Add ingredient , Italian tomatoes and every one the juice, grapes, chicken broth and bay leaves.

5.Bring to a boil, then reduce the warmth to a boil and cook for 1 hour. Stir from time to time

6.While the sauce is simmering in another sauté pan, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and grill the prawns, clams (and chunks of fish if using) on each side , but don't fully cook.

7.Remove the seafood from the pan and place it on a plate for later use. If you used fish chunks, you'll add them to the sauce now. (don't add shrimp or shellfish at this time)

8.In the same skillet, add a touch oil, clams and mussels. Cover and steam until it opens. (if any mussels or clams are opened before cooking, discard them as they're dead and unsafe to eat)

9.About 45 minutes before the sauce is cooked, add the crab, mussels, and clams with all cooking juices. Continue boiling.

10.If you serve the Choppino over pasta, you'll start preparing the water at now .

11.After an hour and cooking your pasta within the last five minutes of cooking, add the shrimp and scallops.

12.Taste the sauce and season again if necessary.

13.Serve over pasta and luxuriate in with a slice of dry bread!
