Baked Parmesan Crusted Salmon
This Lemon Herb Parmesan Crusted Salmon Recipe is super easy and delicious! This is one of the best ways to make salmon. Ready in under 30 minutes from start to finish!
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1.5-2 pound whole wild salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of thyme and finely chopped chives
Instructions
First, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet.
Then, in a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic and herbs. Drizzle over the melted butter and season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Toss with your hand to coat the butter crumbs.
Sprinkle the mixture on top of the salmon fillet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown. If the crust does not brown, turn the grill on for 1 minute, then remove it. Serve hot. Happy Cooking Time.
