1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dry active yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon of coarse salt
1/2 cup warm water
2 tablespoons my dear
1 apple crunchy with honey, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
4 ounces of additional sharp, grated cheddar
1/4 cup chopped onions (approximately)
INSTRUCTIONS
1.In a medium bowl, beat together flour, leaven , sugar and salt. Add warm water and stir with a wooden spoon. Once sticky, transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead several times, forming a smooth ball. Return to the bowl (now cleaned), cover and let represent an hour or as long as desired. It should go up a little! Not much, but enough to mention it's good.
2.Preheat your oven to 400.
3.Remove the leavened dough from the bowl and onto a floured surface, and gently stretch it to suit into a 10-inch forged iron skillet. Pour honey evenly over the mixture, then layer the apple slices on top of every other. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and follow with grated cheddar. Tuck onion wedges here and there, however you wish .
4.Bake for 25 minutes (30 if your cheese needs more browning and bubbles) UGH, check this out.
5.Refrigerate for five minutes, if you'll , then slice and serve!
6.Make the pies (8 small slices).
