Ravioli Soup


 Ravioli Soup



With savory sausage, cheese ravioli and spices, ravioli soup may be a delicious soup that everybody will love!


INGREDIENT

1 pound ground Italian sausage

1 28 ounces chopped tomatoes with basil and herbs

5 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon optional red chili flakes

2 cups (or 1 8.8 ounce can) of dry ravioli

2 cups spinach

2/3 cup heavy light whipping cream


INSTRUCTIONS

1.In a large saucepan, brown the bottom Italian sausages. Drain fat.

2.Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth , chopped onions, garlic powder, salt and red chili flakes (if using); bring back a boil.

3.After the soup boils, add the ravioli and cook for quarter-hour or until the ravioli is tender.

4.Add spinach and take away from heat.

5.Stir within the cream and season with additional S&P, if desired.
