 Easy lemon-garlic lamb chops



Lamb Garlic Lemon is quick to cook and perfectly juicy. Perfect for a weeknight night once you need a delicious dinner on the table quickly.


INGREDIENTS

8 lamb. counting on size, serve 1 to 2 per person

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

juice of 1 lemon, about 3-4 tbsp

2-3 teaspoons of dried oregano

1 teaspoon chili / red chili flakes

2 teaspoons of thyme leaves

4 garlic cloves, puree

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Heat an iron / chrome steel pan over high heat.

2.Sprinkle lamb chops with vegetable oil and juice then season with herbs and spices on each side .

3.Place the lamb within the hot skillet, then roast it for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

4.Turn the fat sides of the lamb and grill until the fat starts to melt and caramelize.

5.Remove from the pan and let stand a couple of minutes before serving with the lemon wedges.
