 CRISPY CAJUN SHRIMP FETTUCCINE



Crispy Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine with a very simple creamy sauce and crispy Cajun prawns with a little hot taste,very suitable to be served with family


INGREDIENT

▢8 ounce of fettuccine

▢1 lb. large prawn, peeled and defecated

▢1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning

▢ 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

▢2 tablespoons of butter

▢1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

▢1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

▢1 cup cream

▢ salt and pepper to taste

▢ 1/2 cup grated parmesan

▢1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Cook the fettuccine consistent with package directions.

2.Sprinkle the prawns with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, mix well. Pour the flour over the shrimp and put them within the bowl to form sure each shrimp is roofed in flour.

3.In a deep skillet, add butter and vegetable oil and warmth over high heat. Add the prawns and cook on all sides for about 2 minutes until they're crispy. 

4.In the same skillet, add chicken broth and cream . Season with additional Cajun spices if you wish and / or salt and pepper. bring back a boil then add the parmesan and beat. Return the fettuccine and shrimp to the saucepan and stir.

5.Garnish with additional parsley and parmesan
