Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken
These Garlic and Brown Sugar Chicken Thighs are your new favorite chicken dish, trust me, it's just plain good. Not only are they perfectly cooked and deliciously chewy, but they swim in a sweet, salty, and slightly spicy sauce that's perfect for topping your favorite starches.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 5 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
First, add the chicken, salt, pepper and garlic to the slow cooker.
Then, mix it, then turn the chicken skin side up.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Cook over low heat for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
