Seafood Phyllo Cups


Easy recipe for Phyllo Cups seafood appetizer. Phyllo leaves full of crab, prawns, green onions and cheese . the right mini seafood mug appetizer for the holidays!

INGREDIENT
1 cup cooked prawns, chopped
4 ounces of crab meat, chopped
1/3 cup spring onions, finely chopped
4 oz cheese , temperature
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 ½ tablespoons of parmesan
2 tablespoons fresh fennel
1 cup of 4 cheese or your favorite cheese
salt pepper
4 tablespoons melted butter
12 sheets of phyllo dough

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Line a mini muffin pan with spray (or butter). Set aside.
2.Cut the shrimp and crab into small pieces.
3.Chop the green onions and anise.
4.Add all ingredients (without phyllo sheets) and during a bowl, mix well. (Season lightly with salt and pepper).
5.Take two sheets of phyllo dough and arrange them (one on top of the other). Cut it into quarters.
6.Take each strip and cut it into thirds. (There are going to be 12 boxes.)
7.Each strip (made of three squares that you simply just cut) with a cup of phyllo dough Take the primary square (two thin sheets) and arrange. Place the second box on top and therefore the third on top. you'll need a complete of 6 squares for a cup of phyllo dough. (See photo)
8.Take the pile you only made and place it within the mini muffins. Several sheets of phyllo should re-evaluate the side of the pan. Repeat with the remaining phyllo sheet
Grease melted butter generously over the phyllo cup.
9.Add the seafood mixture to every cup of phyllo dough. Repeat with the remaining seafood mixture.
10.Bake during a preheated 355 ° F oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the phyllo sheets are golden and therefore the cheese is melted.
