Indian spiced Lamb



Seasoned and flavorful Indian lamb served with tangy and sweet cucumbers and a shallot salad may be a delicious and straightforward healthy dinner recipe.

INGREDIENT
4-8 lamb chops counting on size and quantity per person
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons of turmeric
1 to 2 teaspoons of flavorer
½ teaspoon of ground cardamom
1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 garlic cloves, finely grated
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
lemon wedge for serving
For cucumber salad
1 large cucumber, peeled and seeded (you also can use chopped small cucumber)
1 large purple onion , peeled
3 tablespoons of juice / white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTION
1.To make a cucumber salad, thinly slice the cucumber and onion and add it to a medium sized bowl.
Dissolve sugar in juice / vinegar and add salt and pepper. Pour over the cucumber and onions and permit to infuse 10 to fifteen minutes before serving.
2.Mix all the spices, garlic, ginger and vegetable oil during a small bowl and put aside .
Rub the spice mixture into the lamb and repeat on the side.
3.Fry / grill lamb in preheated skillet / grill. you'll also cook lamb within the oven or on an outside grill / braai.
4.Cook your lamb for 3 to 4 minutes per side and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
