Chicken with Black Bean Sauce

INGREDIENTS
For chicken seasoning:
2 chicken breasts (approx. 12 oz / 340g, dig 1/8 inch thick slices)

3 teaspoons cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Combine chicken and seasoning ingredients during a bowl and stir until all the liquid is absorbed. Let it steep for half-hour .
2.Heat your skillet over high heat until it starts to smoke. This step is vital because it prevents the chicken from sticking to the pan. Using your spatula, spread 2 tablespoons of oil on rock bottom of the pan. Add the chicken and immediately distribute the pieces in one layer. Let the chicken cook for about 30 seconds, turn and cook the opposite side for 30 seconds.
