Homemade Sweet Sesame Crisps








Here's a healthier homemade sesame snaps recipe that uses all natural ingredients. To be enjoyed as a snack or as a small treat. These are gluten free, nut free, paleo and vegan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups raw sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 large egg whites
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

First, beat the egg whites until they start to bubble. Add the powdered sugar and beat until the sugar has dissolved. Incorporate the oil and flour and mix well. Stir in the sesame seeds. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes.

Then, hreheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fill a zipped bag with dough and cut a ¼ inch hole in one corner. Press the dough onto the parchment to make circles, about an inch and a half apart. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and serve. Happy Cooking Time.
