Steak Fajita Pasta


Steak Fajita Pasta - Easy one-pot pasta recipe that mixes fajitas with nocturnal pasta! This easy weekday dinner recipe are often made with steak or chicken and is ideal for feeding a family.

INGREDIENT
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon flavorer
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 / 4-1 / 2 teaspoon dry red pepper flakes counting on how hot you wish it
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 pound stir-fry beef or other thin slices
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 different colored bell peppers, sliced
1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 15 ounce tomatoes are often diced or diced
2 1/2 cups beef or chicken broth or water
10 ounces of dry pasta i exploit penne, about 3 cups dry
1/4 cup soured cream

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Combine all the spices, salt and pepper during a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the meat and scrub to coat all sides and cuts.
2.Heat the vegetable oil during a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook, turning as required to brown all sides, about 5 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. The time this takes depends on the thickness of your cut. Put it on a plate.
3.Add the onions, peppers and garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked and golden, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and place with steak.
4.Add tomatoes, stock or water and paste to pan. Boil, stirring occasionally, until the paste is cooked, about 8 to 12 minutes. there'll still be some liquid within the pan (this is your sauce).
5.Return the meat and peppers to the pan with the pasta. Stir in soured cream . Cook over low heat until soured cream is distributed in sauce and every one components are hot. Serve immediately.
