SHRIMPIN DIPPIN BROTH
Do you like shrimp with a touch extra flavor? Then here is that the broth recipe you have been dreaming of dipping in these delicious prawns!
This particular recipe includes instructions for dippin sauce and shrimp.
INGREDIENT
for the sauce
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 chicken broth cube
8 ounces of clam juice
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup wine
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
For shrimp
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and discarded
1 baguette
1 cup polished rice
lime wedge
INSTRUCTIONS
For the broth:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and cooked black pepper, Cajun spices and garlic, about 5 minutes. Add cube stock, clam juice, Worcester sauce and sugar. bring back a boil then reduce heat until able to serve.
For shrimp:
In a large saute pan, melt the butter. Add Worcestershire, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic and shrimp. Cook shrimp quickly, about 2 minutes. Combine the shrimp and stock and serve with bread, rice and lemon.
