Easy Pesto Tortellini Pasta Salad
This easy pesto tortellini salad is prepared in about 10 minutes! Made with only 5 ingredients you would possibly have in your kitchen today! this is often an ideal entremots for summer parties, picnics or potlucks !!!
ingredient
(1) 20 ounce bag of cheese tortellini
1 cup of pesto
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
(1) marinated mozzarella balls during a 12 ounce container, drained
1/4 cup shallots, diced
Instructions
1.Bring an outsized pot of salted water to a boil.
2.Add the tortellini and cook for 1 and a half minutes. don't be too long!
3.Drain and rinse with cold water until cold.
4.Place the tortellini during a large serving bowl.
5.Add the pesto, tomato, cheese and onions. Stir well to coat well.
6.Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to five days.
