SHRIMP FRITTERS



SHRIMP FRITTERS


This shrimp fry is crunchy on the surface and soft and chewy on the side. This delicious savory cut is amid a spicy honey drizzle which makes this shrimp fry absolutely irresistible.

INGREDIENT
¾ pound of raw tiger prawns, peeled and chopped
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 ½ glass of water
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
spicy honey fillet recipe
vegetable oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Heat the oil to 350 ° F.
2.Place the prawns, chives and garlic during a large bowl and blend . Set aside.
3.Pour water into a medium saucepan and add butter and salt, bring back a boil.
4.After the dough boils, add the flour and stir quickly with a wooden spoon, until the dough is made . still stir over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
5.Place the dough during a stand mixer attached to the beater and run at medium speed, letting the steam escape.
6.After most of the steam is gone, add the eggs one at a time, scrapping the edges of the bowl after each addition.
7.Add the pepper to the choux pâté (batter / battery mixture).
8.Stir the shrimp mixture into the choux pastry until well combined.
9.Once the oil is hot, add a spoon the dimensions of a tablespoon of shrimp mixture to the oil (you need to do that gradually); take care to not overload the pan / pan.
10.Fry each donut for 4 to six minutes, delivering half if necessary. Drain on paper towels and season with salt. Serve immediately with a drizzle of spicy honey.
