Peanut Butter Frosting


Using a bowl and only five ingredients, you'll make this delicious spread frosting in only 10 minutes!

INGREDIENT
1 cup soft butter
1 cup spread cream at temperature
3 cups granulated sugar to 4 cups for firmer frosting
1 teaspoon optional vanilla
¼-½ teaspoon salt
1 to 2 tablespoons of milk or cream to ¼ cup if desired

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Add softened butter and spread to a stand mixer or large bowl employing a hand mixer.
2.Mix over medium to medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, until the butter and spread are combined. Mixing the butter / spread for too long will make it Very light and chewy.
3.Add granulated sugar , ¼ teaspoon salt and vanilla and stir over low heat for one minute until combined. Stirring over low heat will make sure that the granulated sugar doesn't spill over and spread everywhere the place.
4.After mixing, stir over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until foamy again.
At now , value consistency and taste. If you would like it thinner, you'll add a tablespoon or two of milk or cream. you'll also add a pinch of salt if you are feeling necessary. Remix for another minute until combined.
