Mushroom and Roasted Garlic Quinoa









Roasted Garlic Mushroom Quinoa Makes a Memorable Side Dish This recipe is as easy to make as it looks. Roasted garlic, sautéed mushrooms and quinoa are combined in a hot skillet to create this incredibly tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 6 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms - Cut into large pieces, crimini
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Roasted Garlic, 10-12 Roasted Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Cups Cooked White Quinoa, cook quinoa according to package directions

Instructions

First, melt the butter in a 3-liter saucepan over medium heat.

Then, add the mushrooms to the pot and cook for 4 minutes. Stir frequently.

Add the garlic, salt, pepper and thyme. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir frequently.

Reduce the heat to medium / low. Add the cream, quinoa and Parmesan.

Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Happy Cooking Time.
