Hot Wings

Hot Wings

Hot Wings are a favorite appetizer for parties, game days, or anytime you want to munch on a few wings.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of yeast
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of flour
  • ½ teaspoon of seasoned salt
  • 2 pounds split chicken wings with tips removed
  • 1 ½ cup purchased or homemade buffalo sauce

Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 425 ° F.

Then, wipe down the wings with a paper towel. Mix with flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.

Line a pan with foil, place a piece of parchment paper on the foil. Place the wings in a single layer on a baking dish.

Bake the wings for 20 minutes, flip and cook for another 15 minutes.

Remove the wings from the oven and pour the sauce on top. Mix on baking paper (I grab the corners of the paper and throw in the wings) until coated. Slide the parchment under the wings.

Broil the oven and grill the wings for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Happy Cooking Time.
