Easy Crab Stuffed Salmon








This crab-stuffed salmon recipe looks fancy and tastes delicious, but it's quick and easy to make with common ingredients. You'll love this simple take on fish stuffed with lemon butter and crab salmon. Naturally low in carbs, gluten free and paleo free, but you'll never guess!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 lb Lump Crab
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 lb Salmon
  • 2 tsp Grain Mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Green Onion
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Pinch of Paprika
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • Parmesan Cheese to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

Then, beat together egg, mayonnaise, cream cheese, grainy mustard, lemon juice, old bay seasoning and breadcrumbs.

Gently stir in the green onions, parsley and crab meat, cover and refrigerate for about an hour.

Season the salmon fillets with S&P and slice the salmon fillet lengthwise down the center to create space for the stuffing.

Stuff the salmon with the crab meat filling, then place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Grate some fresh Parmesan over the crab meat filling, sprinkle some oregano and paprika, then place in the oven for about 16 minutes or until cooked through. Happy Cooking Time.
