BROWNIE BOTTOM ICE CREAM CAKE RECIPE









This brownie ice cream cake is the perfect summer treat! It has a bottom layer of chewy brownie, hot fudge, vanilla ice cream, and a homemade whipped cream topping! And don't worry, I have plenty of options to take you up a notch!

Ingredients

  • Hot fudge sauce
  • 1 can of brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the back)
  • Bag of Rolos cut into quarters
  • ½ gallon of ice (I used vanilla)
  • caramel sauce
  • Pint of whipped cream

Instructions

First, bake brownies according to the box in a 10.5-inch spring pan.

Cool.

Cover with a layer of hot fudge sauce.

Unwrap the candies and cut them into quarters. Set aside enough to sprinkle on top at the end. Soften the ice cream and add candy to the ice cream. Spread on a layer of hot brownie / fondant and return to freezer to harden.

Before serving, whip the cream.

Remove sides of spring mold and spread whipped cream on top.

Drizzle with the tangy fudge sauce and caramel sauce and top with the remaining candies.

Can return to freezer or serve immediately.
