Jiffy Cornbread Casserole
This is the best corn casserole you have ever had! It's rich, creamy, cheesy and super delicious. The secret is the Jiffy corn muffin mix and the sour cream swirl at the end!
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
- 1 can Cream style Corn
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn drained
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
Instructions
First, preheat the oven to 375.
Then, grease the pan.
Beat the eggs and set aside.
Pour the butter into the prepared dish.
Add the corn (whole kernels and cream style) to the dish.
Add the eggs and sour cream.
Stir until well blended.
Add 1/2 cheese and stir until combined.
Add muffin mix and stir until blended.
Top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the center is no longer shaky.
