THE BEST CHICKEN MARINADE
This is just a great chicken marinade every day, one that you make with things that you already have with a lot of. It will make any cut of chicken juicier, infuse it with a flavorful flavor that is a sweet touch, with a touch of herbaceous goodness. Particularly good for chicken breast!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
First, place all ingredients in a large bowl or resealable bag the size of a gallon.
Then, if using a bowl, whisk to mix the ingredients. If using a bag, close the bag and shake to mix the ingredients.
Add 2-3 pounds of chicken, then marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 12 hours.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush grill with oil to prevent sticking.
Place chicken on the grill. Cook for approximately 5 - 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of chicken. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees.
Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
