Easy Baked Western Omelette
Like a rindless quiche, this baked western omelet (or Denver omelet) is a healthy and easy way to serve eggs to a crowd. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 9 extra large eggs
- 1 package of diced ham (8-10 oz)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
First, start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
Then, in a bowl, mix your eggs and milk until they are well and beaten.
Add your seasonings, ham, peppers and cheese. Mix well.
Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the eggs are cooked through.
