Ingredients
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 10 oz package peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- 12 nutter butter cookies chopped
- butter softened
Instructions
First, use softened butter to grease the bottom and sides of an 8 x 8 inch pan. Put aside.
Then, on top of the stove in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter together. Cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Stir constantly to avoid sticking.
Remove from heat by adding vanilla extract and peanut butter chunks. Stir until the chips are completely melted.
Mix the chopped Nutter Butter cookies and marshmallows. Stir until evenly distributed. Some marshmallows should remain whole.
Work quickly, spread in the prepared pan. Sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set, then cut into desired size pieces. Happy Cooking Time.
